  • Advance reservation is required. Reservations are accepted at least 3 days before the desired date of use. You can contact the restaurant at +359 883 253 600 or via email: ozone@ghms.bg
  • Period to use – not before January 2, 2026. Vouchers purchased before January 2, 2026 are valid for 6 months starting from January 2, 2026.
  • If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please let us know at least 3 business days in advance.
  • This gift voucher is not transferable, refundable in cash, can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • The gift voucher cannot be used in combination with other promotions.
  • Blackout dates for accommodation gifts such as New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, or relative may apply. Please speak to your bar’s representative for more information.

Payment

To ensure the security of online payments with debit and credit cards, the banking sector has introduced the use of a static PIN code in addition to the one-time 3D password received via SMS (3DSv2) for confirming payments online. Payments made in the online store of GRAND HOTEL MILLENNIUM SOFIA LTD are confirmed by entering both passwords. Please make sure you have your static PIN code and your mobile phone available before proceeding with the payment. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE PAGE WHILE THE PAYMENT IS BEING PROCESSED. Once the payment is received, you will be redirected to a confirmation page for your order.

Delivery

Upon successful purchase, you will receive your electronic gift voucher at the email address you provided. Please note that the validity of the voucher begins on the date of purchase, not the date of delivery. Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and the electronic voucher, which you can print out. If the recipient’s email address differs from the buyer’s email address, the recipient will receive the voucher, while the buyer will only receive the order confirmation. You can collect your voucher beautifully packaged from the boutique at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, located on floor R. Your gift voucher can also be sent by courier to an address of your choice. The courier service cost is borne by the recipient and depends on the current rates of the delivery providers that Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia Ltd. works with.
