This Shipping and Return Policy governs the terms of delivery and return of boutique products, gift vouchers, and gift sets (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) through the online platform located at https: shop.ghms.bg  (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
The seller, within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act and the owner of the Platform, is: GRAND HOTEL MILLENNIUM SOFIA Ltd., registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency under UIC: 205948178, VAT registration number BG205948178, with registered office and address: Sofia, 1463, 89V Vitosha Blvd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier” or “We”).

Shipping and Delivery:

The delivery time for physical products or physical vouchers within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is up to 5 business days.
The fixed delivery fee within Bulgaria is 10 BGN / €5.11.For larger deliveries or changes in conditions by the courier company to GRAND HOTEL MILLENNIUM SOFIA Ltd., the hotel reserves the right to change the delivery fee for the buyer.

Return Policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns of most items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • Underwear is accepted only if the hygiene sticker is intact.
  • Food products cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping fees are borne by the buyer.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive new items, please place a new order.
  • Send the returned items via a courier of your choice to the following address: 89V Vitosha Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria, Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, Gift Shop.
  • Once we receive your returned items, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected for damage.
  • The refund period is 5 to 10 business days after the return is processed, depending on your bank’s terms.
  • GRAND HOTEL MILLENNIUM SOFIA reserves the right to refuse a refund.
