Additional information:

  • The therapy is performed at Millennium Spa & Wellness Centre, located on the 1st floor of Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia
  • You need to make a reservation before using your voucher. You can contact the spa reception via phone number + 359 2 445 70 50 or by email: spa@ghms.bg.
  • To ensure you make the most of your spa experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • Upon arriving at Millennium Spa & Wellness Centre, kindly complete a health form to inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.
  • After registration, you will receive a key wristband to access your designated locker in the changing area.
  • Please note that you are required to bring your own swimsuit. If you do not have one, swimsuits are available for purchase at the reception.
  • The working hours of Millennium Spa & Wellness Centre are: Monday-Sunday 10:00АМ – 08:00PM

Terms of Use

  • This gift voucher is not transferable, refundable in cash, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • The gift voucher cannot be used in combination with other promotions.
  • Prior reservation is required for all services.
  • The cancellation policy for all services will be put into practice for gift voucher use.
  • Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null & void, please speak to a spa representative.
  • Some packages may be restricted to certain days of the week, please refer to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher.
  • The validity of a gift voucher is 6 months after the date of purchase.
  • The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.

Payment

To ensure the security of online payments with debit and credit cards, the banking sector has introduced the use of a static PIN code in addition to the one-time 3D password received via SMS (3DSv2) for confirming payments online.

Payments made in the online store of GRAND HOTEL MILLENNIUM SOFIA LTD are confirmed by entering both passwords. Please make sure you have your static PIN code and your mobile phone available before proceeding with the payment.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE PAGE WHILE THE PAYMENT IS BEING PROCESSED. Once the payment is received, you will be redirected to a confirmation page for your order.

Delivery

Upon successful purchase, you will receive your electronic gift voucher at the email address you provided.

Please note that the validity of the voucher begins on the date of purchase, not the date of delivery. Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and the electronic voucher, which you can print out.

If the recipient’s email address differs from the buyer’s email address, the recipient will receive the voucher, while the buyer will only receive the order confirmation.

You can collect your voucher beautifully packaged from the boutique at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, located on floor R.

Your gift voucher can also be sent by courier to an address of your choice. The courier service cost is borne by the recipient and depends on the current rates of the delivery providers that Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia Ltd. works with.
