- This gift voucher is not transferable, refundable in cash, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- The gift voucher cannot be used in combination with other promotions.
- Prior reservation is required for all services.
- The cancellation policy for all services will be put into practice for gift voucher use.
- Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null & void, please speak to a reservations representative.
- Blackout dates for accommodation gifts such as New Year’s Eve may apply. Please speak to your reservation’s representative.
- Some packages may be restricted to certain days of the week, please refer to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher.
- The validity of a gift voucher is 6 months after the date of purchase.
- The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
Payment
To ensure the security of online payments with debit and credit cards, the banking sector has introduced the use of a static PIN code in addition to the one-time 3D password received via SMS (3DSv2) for confirming payments online.
Payments made in the online store of GRAND HOTEL MILLENNIUM SOFIA LTD are confirmed by entering both passwords. Please make sure you have your static PIN code and your mobile phone available before proceeding with the payment.

Delivery
E – Gift Vouchers are delivered free of charge by email to you or other recipients, specified by you. Please, keep in mind that the validity of the gift voucher starts from the date of purchase. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your gift voucher if you need to print it. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself, you will receive a notification to confirm when the gift voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient. Physical Vouchers will be beautifully packaged and delivered by courier or can be picked up from Millennium Gift Shop.
