• This gift voucher is not transferable, refundable in cash, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• The gift voucher cannot be used in combination with other promotions.
• Prior reservation is required for all services.
• The cancellation policy for all services will be put into practice for gift voucher use.
• Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null & void, please speak to a reservations representative.
• Blackout dates for accommodation gifts such as New Year’s Eve may apply. Please speak to your reservation’s representative.
• Some packages may be restricted to certain days of the week, please refer to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher.
• The validity of a gift voucher is 6 months after the date of purchase.
• The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
