- The ritual takes place at Millennium Spa & Wellness Centre, located on the 1st floor of Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia.
- In order to get the most out of your spa experience, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.
- Upon arrival at the Millennium Spa & Wellness Centre, you must complete a health card, which is intended to inform your therapist of your current health status, allergies or injuries that could affect your procedure.
- After registration, you will receive a key bracelet to unlock your locker in the changing rooms.
- The cancellation policy for all services will be put into practice for gift voucher use.
- Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null & void, please speak a spa representative.
- The validity of a gift voucher is 6 months after the date of purchase.
- The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
Payment
To ensure the security of online payments with debit and credit cards, the banking sector has introduced the use of a static PIN code in addition to the one-time 3D password received via SMS (3DSv2) for confirming payments online.

Delivery
Upon successful purchase, you will receive your electronic gift voucher at the email address you provided.
Please note that the validity of the voucher begins on the date of purchase, not the date of delivery. Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and the electronic voucher, which you can print out.
If the recipient’s email address differs from the buyer’s email address, the recipient will receive the voucher, while the buyer will only receive the order confirmation.
You can collect your voucher beautifully packaged from the boutique at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, located on floor R.
Your gift voucher can also be sent by courier to an address of your choice. The courier service cost is borne by the recipient and depends on the current rates of the delivery providers that Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia Ltd. works with.
